Refunds, exchanges, and returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns, but our dedicated customer support team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your purchase. 

 

If you received a damaged/defective item or the wrong item

We've got you covered! We'll provide a free return label for you to send it back to us. Once we receive the item, a full refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Kindly ensure to include all the original packaging when returning the item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.


If your package gets sent back to us (RTS)

A full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. We will not send the package back because of fraud concerns.
